Hopefully🤞🤞🤞.I feel the same way. I get recommendations for different dramas, but nothing compares to this one for me. It's the perfect mix of leads, chemistry, and plot that makes it incomparable.
It's one of those rare historical dramas where the female lead shows a lot of skin while intimate scenes . the main leads are a good match and very natural together that it makes you forget they’re acting, allowing you to fully immerse in the story. That's why I'm raising the rating and giving it an 8/10.
And this drama doesn’t have an abrupt and unfinished ending like sb wrote below 🙈 why people write such a nonsense. The ending was satisfactory though turbulent and and we got many nice moments with the main leads in the last episodes.
it used to be 9.1 but it drop to 8.9 due to some people think they act better than the cast.
I don’t think that the main reason is the finale . There are many mediocre dramas with unhappy endings that still have high rating and even higher than this . Let’s be honest, it’s because some pretty guy or idol acts in them.

I don’t say it’s better, rather I’m used to young protoganists in romance films and it isn’t that creepy for me as in countries where live( lived) the law has nothing against it . But it doesn’t mean I like so young actors in romance genre , I need more mature actors in historical dramas, that’s why I didn’t watch it

I don't like it when protoganists kill people without hesitation, especially women. But you can give a try, many people liked it , sometimes we drop dramas, and then they get better 😅

We all have our own types of actors we are attracted to. For me, he isn't charismatic enough—he's just okay. I have my preferences when it comes to actors; there must be something different about them that makes them special in my eyes, it can be their voice, gaze, smile , charismatic way of acting, styling etc . Nevertheless, I am looking forward to it and hope it will be another hit with WJY.
