Appreciation post for people who are actually interested in masterful storytelling, in understanding characters and not making things about themselves and their opinions✨. I personally don't care who's perfect, who's flawed, who's green flag or red flag...the story is fun, the characters make me root for them, and I miss the days that that was also all that mattered to the audience. Anyway Stan P'Waa😌✊

Rightfully so. The harrasing was terrible. Reporters, hosts, you name it, they made it their goal to make both of them uncomfortable and put on the spot. Plus, when krist said he accepted his role in sotus without knowing anything about BL, I knew that things were bound to go wrong. Thankfully he took it upon himself to educate himself. I'm also glad more people are starting to realize that the actual problem is the BL fandom, not just the actors

He's the major reason why I love the series so much, and I couldn't understand why he seemed to rub people the wrong way even back then. Now I've made peace with the fact that he's just one of those people you either really love or really don't

I have a confession to make. In the beginning I had itchy fingers any time I saw comments praising gawin for his spectacular acting and saying that at most krist was just okay but now I get it. Krist haters aside, gawin really is doing a spectacular job as his first lead role. He put in 110% efforts, he's quite handsome and a great singer and he also got quite a fair amount of hate from not me because of his character, if the stories are true. I also remember people praising krist as the best actor in the world during sotus era, even though he was just a talented rookie, so I feel gawin deserves the hype. Krist's career is already made, let this series play a huge role in boosting gawin's, the way krist said he hoped it would (on an interview). Peace✨

I agree, but I still feel like he's doing a spectacular job for his first main role. Even as a fan of krist and his acting, he had slip ups too, and he's had years of experience. Like the scene where pisaeng came to kawi's dorm in ep3. The person that opened the door was not kawi AT ALL lol. Him eating in the bathroom also. His make up scene with max in the cafe. There were quite a number of parts where he could have done a little better. Lol and please, the netizens have decided since a long time ago that krist can't act to save his life(lol), such controversial takes will get you burnt at the stake😂

If I meet someone like pisaeng in real life I'm running the other way. If it looks too good to be true then it probably is. But this is a fantasy romcom, so I have no problem with him being perfect

I liked the book, but from ep 1 all the details and depth made me unable to even compare them together
