The age of consent in Thailand is 16, not 18 like many countries. Therefore, unless you cannot accept the age…
So I have not watched this drama yet, just scrolling through comments but I feel like you're mixing up "age of consent" and "age of majority". Age of consent in thailand is 15 actually. until the person is 18, they need to get permission from their parents in some things still though. one of the reasons is that the age they can marry is already 17. 18 is the age of majority in many countries, age of adulthood if you want to call it that. Age of majority is 20 in thailand though. Anyone under 20 is considered a minor in thailand. Thai law is not restricting relationships between 15 year olds and adults, tho there are some laws that could restrict the relationship, if the adult appears as manipulative.
I don't know the actual age of the characters, i'm guessing 16&26 / 17&27. It really wouldn't be illegal in thailand, though it still is a relationship between a minor and an adult. an age gap of 10 years can be massive or barely anything, depending on the age, but personally i feel like with this age here it's scratching the edge. There definetely is a power difference though. If the 10 year age gap comes from them travelling through time, forget my opinion bc that makes it a lil more complicated. just wanted to share some thoughts ^^
usually there are around 25 Qs. A Q is a filming location, so they might spend multiple days for a single Q. This series does not look like they are gonna be using a lot Qs so i think it's around 20-30 max for this one
A Q is basically a location they film at. Obviously they don't film the series in order, but instead film it location for location. As mentioned most series have around 30Qs, but since this series is gonna show a whole castle, if not multiple, they will have more Qs, esp since a room that is supposed to be in a house in the series is in reality not in that house ^^
series usually have around 30Qs, but they have more locations in this one, so someone said around 50Qs. not sure if it really is 50, but it is prob gonna be more than 30. either way it's gonna take some time
also, since the war isn't global just south korea getting nuked by the north, why couldn't they just send a time…
As i said, as long as the government is the government, they will find ppl to create bombs. if they are already created, other countries maybe wouldn't do anything bc they don't want to get involved / can not do anything bc they are in a deal with that country or whatever.
Kidnap is being geoblocked on Youtube in the whole Southeast Asia, Latin America, United States, United Kingdom,…
I'm from Germany, and it isn't geoblocked here, i could watch it on youtube. but as it is one of the dramas that probably is censored on youtube, i'm watching it over netflix. i'm not sure if it is because i am not that much in their fandom but i feel like kidnap wasn't promoted that much, i only know about it because youtube recommended the pilot and trailer
There are series slower than others, and slow doesn't always mean bad. In many of these cases their slow pace…
I didn't say the slow progression is bad. I did day bad script, yes, but with that i was just making it clear, that the script is the problem to some unnatural scenes, rather than the acting. and i don't have a problem with slow progressing series in general, in some series slow progress is even needed. What i don't like is the fact that the plot -not their relationship- is progressing slow. until ep10 we barely have a knowledge about what is even going on. we have a woman that needs help but that basically is it. and that after 9 of 12 eps. i didn't watch ep 11 yet and i think (not sure rn) didn't finish ep 10 but at the current pace i fear it is going to have a rushed ending, or a 'good' ending with many plotholes. which would really be a shame because the plot is actually really interesting.
