The little girl Minseo is so annoying. How can she, a 5 years old preschooler, keep saying in love with another boy Boseok and even say "I will kill myself if he kisses another girl"??? Don't like the way she talks too.

It doesn't make any sense. When any girl who is chased by a bad guy or in a dangerous situation in public or on street, they are taught to scream as loud as she can to get attention from peoples or alert peoples. Hae Yi is kidnapped right at her door house by a bad guy but doesn't make a single sound to alert her mom. Even after she escaped from her kidnapper's place and ran down the alley to the street, she does not even make a single sound again. This plot is becoming stupid or something?

This is her best acting performance so far. She did worse in all her previous dramas. Don't expect anything better from her in my opinion because she is not really a good acting actress. Peter Ho who plays the emperor is a veteran actor who acts much better than her.
Just finished episode 28 and dropped it for now because the story is getting boring. May come back later to finish it or not.

Finished ep. 14, this drama's writer might not know lots about medical malpractice and ethical codes that doctors, nurses, hospital must abide by under medical ethics. Nurse Seo Yeon Joo violates ethical code by retaining a gangster/murderer in the room 403 who walks around the hospital freely and commit crimes. She discovered the knife that he used to kill Mr. Gu but not reported it to the authority personnel which violates the HIPAA medical law and criminal law. She can go to jail by not reporting the murderer or his crimes as a health care practitioner. This drama's story is not aligning with reality and unrealistic plots.

I guess the patient who is in room 403 is his father.

It's definitely a big headache when you are married to a stubborn and unruly wife.

This is the only drama that I like so many support characters/ side characters besides the main characters Ling Buyi and Shao Shang. It is like a comedic drama to me because it made me laugh at every single episode. I enjoyed every single character, especially:
*Shao Shang's mother: she is a great actress who owns her character very well. I like her lots.
*Shao Shang's father: he is funny.
*Shao Shang's grandmother: she is too hilarious with her laughs and the way she moans and talks.
*Wan Qi Qi: oh my goodness, her facial expression is really make me laugh. Her character is too funny too.
*The emperor: I like this character too and wish all the C-drama has an emperor like him.
*Ling Bu Yi's subordinate: oh boy, these two guys cracked me up whenever they are on scenes.
And lots more. Hope that part 2 coming out soon. Can't wait!

Can't believe the spoiled rat Wan ChuanJia gang up with villagers abuse Xingfu's family and got no punishment at all. And continue to bully her family. Why the village's secretary has a son who is like a gangster and no one can touch him in the whole town. Is it how it is happening to peoples in village nowadays? Getting bully by the village's leaders is normal now in China? I am watching this drama with frustration here.

Wtf that just happening to Xing Fu's sister. They try to rape her. Period. What is wrong with these peoples in this village. I am getting frustration myself here. Their action is totally against my moral.

It starts strong but then getting boring. At the ep. 16, it is so ridiculous what the consort Park's decision was at the last minute which did make her husband/the king is suffering even more. I don't understand why she said her decision will support him until the end? Who got the muddle-head here? me or her? Anyway, it is an okay drama for this summer.

There is absolutely no camera at home??? Too many holes in the storyline.

I really like the drama at the beginning. Now, it becomes a hot mess. Ready to drop it because of the female lead character who becomes a muddled-head and dumb.

Yes, it is so lame. I am so disappointed.
