All I want to say is "fighting" to Anin and Pin. They just want a small space in this vast world to live with…
Girl, when her voice trembled, tears instantly came to my eyes. It was excellent. I'll be rewatching it. Yes! I loved how they keep conversing with their eyes. Becky deserves an award for that scene alone.
If I was able to reach through the screen, I would've strangled Padmika to death. It took a lot to get through this episode. To Padmika, Pin's feelings does not matter one bit. Hell, Pin could show up to the wedding looking like a corpse and she'll still proceed because she basically said, only Kuea's feelings matter in everything.
If this is how you show your love for someone you've raised as your "daughter" then fucking keep it. It's disgusting. Pin is literally suffering and she could care less. You don't have to agree about her and Anil but this is truly fucked up and I will forever hate her for that.
Respect to Pia for not even thinking twice before telling Anil about the engagement. The first part when Pin and Prik were crying got me. Fuck Padmika for manipulating Prik like that and making her feel that way. It's the fact that she constantly manipulates Pin into subjecting to her because she knows Pin will not stand up for herself. That's diabolical behavior.
So all it takes is: name, looks and status for them to ship their daughter of with a man they do not know because as Pat says, it makes no sense getting to know each other because love will SURELY come after marriage. It is no wonder woman from back went through so much. Like I said last week, I hope everyone who did this to their children is currently burning in hell.
Becky Streep... just wow. I teared up during the confession. It killed me in the novel and it destroyed me here. Comparing feelings to fabric? Beautiful. The way how Anil described her feelings for Pin was truly exquisite and how she took her to time. I felt everything. Anil is such a great character because she truly stands up for herself. I was hanging unto every word. I'm glad Anil thinks for herself. Props to her for doing all that in front of everyone without hesitation and I thank the king and queen for Anil and Anan. They were raised wonderfully.
I'm ready for next week, angst and all. I'm just ready.
Probably the best GL I've seen so far until Ep6 (if you fast forward the scenes with Ek... I mean this guy...…
"The first adult Thai GL without such a character and without a homophobic witch (grand)mom will get a 9 rating from me, regardless of if the story or the acting sucked." There's already a novel like that, it's just not going to happen anymore, and I'm still sad about it.
Ai-oon GET UUUUPPPP! She's gone and there is no saving her. Ob-oon needs to stay in that coma.
I enjoyed the first episode. It was a bit fast paced, the kiss and the bgm gave me pause but I'm eating it up. Their chemistry is really good and I'm living for their moments. That scene when she was back hugging May and when she woke up in her arms? Yeah, that's history.
