ML's mother, the first time traveler, seems to be gone and they've (the previous emperor ML's father, the general, ML and FL) accepted it. She probably went back to her original body and time line, we don't know where/when that is as it's not expended on. The previous emperor waited for her return until his death, when he left the queen mother a blank imperial edict in case the first time traveler (ML's mother) returned.

Fine drama, live comments type, antagonists didn't overstay their welcome. Long, so long I missed how did the FL end up in the harem? I think it said something about her being set up, but it didn't make sense, who'd make her a concubine since they all wanted to get rid of her from the start.
If only the emperor could talk... FL's parents were a breath of fresh air! It's not that often that we see parents sticking up for their kids in these dramas, same goes for the queen mother expressing regret at how she treated the FL, usually the elders barely acknowledge their wrongdoings. Romance was non existing, at less than 1:30 hours of runtime it still felt too long, the first half especially. Kids were adorable 🥰
