Nothing compares? There were more serious pandemics before covid19 in the history of mankind...ever heard of cholera,…
Yeah,I get that, that's true but you wrote nothing compares so I just answered that actually worse pandemics already happened in the past. Let's just hope those will not happen again, at least during our lifetime.
Nothing compared to the real pandemic the world went (is still going) through, I wish I had watched this movie…

I like that some people like to pretend that most people will not do everything to survive and that's why they rate this low lol. It was proven again and again in the history of humanity that most humans (not all but most) will sacrifice everything (and everyone) to survive. Just like animals do- the priority is always survival, this is just the most basic instinct.
A movie like that cannot have a happy ending, I am actually suprised that Ilyeong survived because come on? How? And what was so special about her that mother seemed to care mostly about her?
Anyway, it was a good movie, I was afraid there will be too much romance but luckily nope.
So at the end, did it show that Ilyeong became a new "mother" or...?
I felt sorry for Yoko but at the same time I think she created many of her problems herself (being involved with all those violent/dangerous men in her life), I guess it's because her mother didn't love her so she thought she's unworthy of love and led her life according to this belief (self-fulfilling prophecy).
She probably had enough conscience to feel she didn't deserve freedom (I mean she was a murderer so duh!) and that's why she stayed so close, so that she could be caught eventually.
I think at the end the detective should have died too, he was too reckless and caused unnecessary death of other policemen, especially poor naive Minseong
It's been a long time since I hated a character that much
The bully didn't annoy me even half as much as her
I mean it was obviously about looks but thanks for detailed explanation 😉
