😂😂 that sounds like the only friends plot...Max being Kawi's bestie, it definitely won't go well in future. We already have a lot of drama to go through, don't think we need to add some beef between friends over a guy scandal.

I think him kissing Pisaeng (if he actually does) would be more like a wake up call about his own feelings about Pi. He took an awfully long time to answer Pisaeng's question about whether he really likes Pear or not. While he might not accept his own feelings about Pisaeng first, but the kiss or whatever happens next might push him to think. I also thought he said Pear and him are not dating yet. He might actually reject Pear if she confesses but who knows!

I think of Kawi as a sponge. Every person he is encountering now and opening up to, he is learning something from them.

This is something you can only judge by yourself I think. Most are positive reviews. Even people who didn't want to give it a chance admitted that they love this show. I personally LOVE it. But you will also find a few who might not like this show. Maybe give it a try and see for yourself. Only 5 eps out so not like you have to stick to it if you don't like it. :)

exactly this! I was actually proud of Kawi's growth this episode. Thanks to Max, of course. He actually listened to a friend's advice, thought about it and acted on it. He opened himself up as a friend to Pisaeng, giving both himself and Pisaeng a chance to get to know each other. And also proud of Pisaeng because he finally found the courage to accept himself and his feelings for Kawi.

I love the fact that finally, Kawi is getting to do what he loves! He was discouraged initially but with Pisaeng's support, he finally found the motivation to pursue what he once loved! The song he sang at the end was actually written by Krist long before this show for Yuyus and I love how they incorporated the song into this show and I think this is the 3rd OST "Thankful".
Kawi took a chance and sang at the student rep selection, which led him to be discovered by the band. This is a clear message that sometimes taking chances really makes that difference. And also proud of Kawi for resisting the urge to check the future for changes! I think it can be safely said that Kawi has had significant growth since 1st EP when he didn't even want to take any chances.

I think Max already figured out that Pisaeng is the guy Kawi has been talking about. He is a really smart guy and observant so wouldn't let the tea on his bestie pass by him like that 🤣🤣🤣

Might have been a weird observation but I love how Pisaeng and Kawi talked to each other in soft tones at the beginning scene when Pisaeng informed Kawi that Pear now knows that he doesn't like her.
I love when characters in dramas speak in soft tones based on the scene. I say this because in some dramas, actors be having the same pitch and tone throughout the series. Anger, love, humor is all expressed through the same tone. But both Krist and Gawin really brought a tenderness to that scene. Maybe just me hahaha!

Yea but maybe Pisaeng is still hopeful. It is too early for him to try and move on. And obviously things will happen that will actually not let him move on. Like I said, it's only EP5. But adding other people into the love story will make the plot messy considering there is also a lot of other drama left to happen. It started with a love triangle and is doing a good job keeping at that. Hopefully you can find some other show that will give you what you have looking for in a BL drama. Because the plot for this one is very different and would not go that route.

I think that is also a part of the show. Yes the romance is the main concept but we are also supposed to root for them individually. I think it's a sign of a good show when we are not only rooting for a pair but also rooting for their individual growth. Making Pisaeng date someone else is messy because he still loves Kawi a lot and he just rejected Pear because he had no feelings for her so dating another guy when he is still in love with Kawi would be weird. Also it was obvious this episode that Kawi does feel something for Pisaeng but he just doesn't realise what it is.
