Your opinion on the ML is spot on but I will politely disagree with your regards for the FL ... the way FL got her childhood friend involved in the chaos and got him killed was ugly ... I can't give her the title of 'heroine' ... She used her friend repeatedly to provoke the ML knowing he will not kill her but he will kill the friend. And for me that was the height of manipulation, using your loved ones for shooting your anger against the ones you hate.
recently discovered this actor ... He looks little dai gao's little brother but more handsome..when gao gives a very seductive and testosterone packed vibes Zi Xian looks more sincere and kind ... Anyways he is quite popular I guess judging from the fact that he did ten dramas in 2024 ..looking forward to more ..hope they cast him as lead in full length drama as well

I have just finished watching it .. Drama revolves around a revenge plot ML's adoptive family is killed in massacre and he is planning to take revenge for three years ..comes across the fL who is a lookalike to his adoptive sister .. FL not aware of his plans starts living with him as a business partner for his beauty pavillion..soon things unfold and struggle begins ...
I can't say if the drama is good but I can say it wasn't bad either only thing that I felt bad was it's repetitive plot ..they fought against the same enemy(chancellor) almost thrice ..as if that old man is more invisible than the emperor himself ... Other than that it was good.
This show just got slipped like that ... Don't know why but it wasn't my taste dropped it on episode 2 .. ML though he is a great actor I loved his work in Dr romantic but I didn't feel the same for his character in this show.
When I watched A good day to be dog ..I thought kim se jeong would have been a better choice to play the FL ..she gives that cutei puppy vibes .. and she would have looked better with cha eun woo in that plot ..
