They’re so many dramas to look forward to they’re are just a few, 2024 was a strong year so I hope we can…
Hm it seems like we have very much different opinions. A full female cast is good bc u have never seen it before. I don’t watch bls but I can understand why someone would, if we can have hetero romance why not queer.
I think you should open yourself up more and think with less of a conservative mindset.
Being annoyed at westernisation but not liking historical kdramas is also interesting… I don’t think I’ve watched a drama this year with an annoying female character, maybe you just are more sensitive when it comes to them?
Light shop was beautiful imo and had great story telling for such a short drama.

He tbh I think it really depends what u watch, a lot of dramas from 2010’s have those makjang scenes too but bc of the feeling of nostalgia it feels less awkward. To me the year 2016, 18 and 2024 had great kdramas.
Since in the recent years kdramas have been more and more popular internationally “westernisation” will happen. But to me it hasn’t become a problem in any drama I have watched. I’ve not watched a kdrama in the recent years thinking this doesn’t feel Korean but western.
What I enjoy with recent dramas is that they start to pick more on diversity, dramas like extraordinary attorney woo or light shop seem rather progressive in comparison to older kdramas.
They’re also still many kdramas that talk about Korea’s history and its culture like Jeong Nyeon the star is born, which was the first only main and support role female cast kdrama. Maybe the typical romance department is lacking but they’re many more beautiful kdramas to see, it just depends on where you look.
what was that in ep 5 "You've got nowhere else to go, so come with me," and Jiu just goes without a second thought,…
i was so confused about that too, but i think it’s bc she thought theyre a like that she trusted her. bc she saw the tattoo she thought she might be safe the same way she is with her family.
i mean she did end up calling the mom to let her know about the fight
this show is so gory though it’s suprising like damn kdramas really go that far ?? but i truly love it and the story also feels kind of new and not typical even though people compared it to atypical family but that is a stretch esp bc atypical family is angsty and this story is more action loaded
The ml is to ugly for me to continue unfortunately, story is to wattpad like to have bad visuals in MY opinion but ill be looking out for updates…. Maybe I can jump over my shadow
Bae DooNa the woman that you are ! Loved the first two episodes. The good guys torturing the bad guys is smth I’ve been missing ever since the judge from hell ended. Can’t wait for next week
The comments on here are so mean. She looks beautiful in the picture who cares about the butterflies… she’s isn’t much known maybe the person didn’t find any other pic,., being transphobic is also extremely weird.
Like why be mean to someone u don’t know anything about , haven’t even seen her act
i know we never got an off stage kiss, and this story is censored that’s not wrong. but these ppl in the comments talking about “there is no romance” gotta be watching with their eyes closed ??
Especially Hyerang and Okyeong their relationship is pretty identical to what the webtoon offers and because Okyeong up until now was less of an asshole to Hyerang in the Kdrama it even seemed more soft to me…
Regardless if you think their relationship is somewhat toxic it is very obvious that at least at some point these people had smth …

That’s all from me
