I agree. Because they look beautiful together and I like their characters here. ML sometimes makes FL feel sad.
I've only watched him in go go squid and blossom in adversity and he didn't have an impact I also can't seem to like him (in the drama) no matter how much I try. His character also played a huge role in making him even more unlikable. His character has improved in today's (7 & 8) episodes, but can't really say the same about his acting.
I think they're trying to do too many things in a drama with only 12 episodes. The leads relationship development is so weird and disjointed. The third couple just feels out of place. They hold 0 significance to the main story. The only thing that's interesting is the second couple. Their storyline is very interesting and both of them have the tension and chemistry required to make an impact. I really hated Soobin for hurting YuGeon with his words. He's really becoming a not so pleasant ML.

That's just the character, even if it were played by LWM. However I just can't get used to HYT playing a high schooler. He looks so old to be playing a HS. His acting doesn't help much either.
I don't understand why would Jo Hye Joo take on a role like Ha ri. This character is just plain stupid and a pain in the ass. She's really pretty and tall and fairly acts well, so I wonder why she still hasn't landed a decent role.

How does the plot seem disjointed and scattered??? It’s clear the emperor wants to uproot the corrupt and evil officials, take down illegal gangs and appoint his own trusted officials.
Enjoyed the drama for the majority of it except for the ending. Unlike most people, the story didn't seem too hard to follow. Sure, it had way too many characters (typical wuxia), but they were introduced in a manner which wasn't overwhelming. The villian was so lame and his motifs made no sense. I wish there was a plot twist, as the villian was very obvious early on. The fight scenes were very well done. I really liked the FML. Idk why some people find her annoying. She was very intelligent, a great fighter and very soft hearted. Her hot and cold attitude towards Mu qingyang made total sense considering the predicament they were in. They had good chemistry. Giving it a solid 8.5/10 because it was fun and enjoyable to watch.
