I got it now what you meant, thanks. Idol dramas in china has their own type of formula. What outsiders feel cringe, they find it cute. Like japanese, they're obsessed with cute things and people. So being a chinese actresses feeding the mejority of audiences what they want is according to me a smart move. Now the difficulty is breaking the character, acting out of her range. She's improving with every drama project. And I'm positive that next year we'll see a better version of her in a more serious and complicated drama.
If mdl users say a cdrama is "too slow" it means I need to put it on my watchlist bc the cdrama community…
This is seriously a very good drama about sports and healing. Not everyone likes healing dramas ik, but those who like this theme, must give it a try ✌️

Anyways, overpraising a celebrity won't change the truth. As a fan of Esther i know what she's capable of and where she lacks. Not forcing you to do some research on her, but if you want to argue, you need to have some basic knowledge

In this drama she isn't acting cute tho.
However we also want to see her as a psychopath or as a villainess in a drama or in movies as it's already proven she's a versatile actress. She's already shown her range in My Journey To You.

12 episodes so far, this drama has a good balance between sports and romance. The main couple hasn't confessed yet, but they've started showing mutual attraction which will eventually grow into deep love. Just have to wait for a few more episodes
