of course 😁 every continent or country has different style movies 😁 Cdramas have a lot of annoying angst with mostly melancholic endings, which is a thorn to European/American mentality, but we like watching Cdramas anyway😁😁 besides, I think Cdramas producers try to educate Chinese to stop worshipping their elders as semi-gods, that's why they are portrayed as evil crooks

someone commented earlier, that Qi family members, all have two souls,a good soul and a bad soul👀sounds weird, but it's just a fantasy drama👀 two souls rival each other in one's body, whichever soul wins, so the person will become good or bad 👀 I have a feeling, that this Qi demon slayers may originate from some ancient demon clan, not sure about it though👀 maybe they rival and kill other demons, just like the two souls in their bodies rival for dominance 🥺
