I noticed this too... maybe some new chinese unpublished rules regarding celebrities' weight and sizes?

FL in this cdrama is well done 💛a normal, psychologically healthy young lady, wise,smart, industrious, caring,kind, cheerful, independent.... very well written, positive character

something to do with frost/ice/cold.. which is domain of the power of immortals....in 1st episode there's a girl named Liu Yue-acc.to english sub- she has frost powers,too... demons are evil immortals, these immortals so far,are clearly no good

at this point into the story, they developed some pretty strong friendship between ML and FL 💛as to romance,may not be yet, or as u said, it's not the actor's forte 🙂 but the story and acting are good 💛 actually, I don't mind lack of romantic kisses, many people don't even like kissing, so this drama is fine with them...we all have different preferences

maybe Bai Long's daughter?..in the opening scene it's said she was sacrificed, but she's in the supporting cast...if she's her daughter, that'd make her also Hey Long's child... both these immortals have sth to do with frost, cold and water waves... that wouldn't go well for Mu ,if he wanted to eat his boss's child

weird, though 😐 why did they hung that dead king on a... cross?🤯 and the opening scene of HeiLong rebellion, where he established his own evil kingdom of oppression - somehow reminds me of Lucifer 🤯🤯

it's one person with two bodies 🤪his second body (the poor orphan mute kid}, is prepared beforehand by his clairvoyant-immortal-priestess Mom, as a refuge for his soul to have a place to incarnate, when his royal body would have to be discarded 🤪 it's explained pretty soon in 2nd and 3rd episode

one of the earliest comments said, that in chinese that means : Bing,Sir....sort of, like inverted: 'Mr Bing'........

maybe cdramas narrative is off 🤣 they antagonized this character in all the earlier episodes, only to try exonerate him in two last ones..🤣 and not very convincing job, for me 🤣 but I enjoyed the story as a whole, very much , disappointed about Qiu though

even if 'brave', it's rather a suicidal mentality, like kamikaze of a sort 😕Qiu's mindset was ill... just like Yi Zhi Hua's shapeshifting can be 'compared ' to double personality disorder😐a true friend is never useless, Qiu took it wrongly...a useless it was, but his death not life
(although he made a mistake to hide from Bing the truth about the gemstone antidote, which was with Bing all the time)..... he probably planned to imprison Bing and shovel forcefully the antidote into him without telling the truth

there's nothing cool about lying 🤥 and dying because of it🤥 I would prefer an open enemy than a hidden friend🤥 Qiu's death could've been avoided,if he was open with his friend, that gemstone was all the time with Bing, what was wrong about just telling Bing , that its the medicine for his shapeshifting 'illnes' ?

yes, they have Jackie Li and other nice side actors...let's see how will it go... Jackie should bring some fun, but it's marked as drama-wuxia... I'll certainly be there for some episodes 😉😂 maybe for all,if it's not too melodramatic 😊
