Agreed. Sometimes for me I can feel or see it jump off right from the first time they meet. Now these are just my opinion mind you but SamYu, Where Your Eyes Linger, MaxTul, FirstKhao (just to name a few)...I almost feel like I'm interrupting & maybe shouldn't be there when these ships are looking at each other. Now, lots of people would definitely disagree...they weren't jumping at them & that's ok. The ones that did nothing for me are JoongDunk, FortPeat, Jun & Jun (just to name a few) but that doesn't mean others weren't on board with them. I think writing can also sink a ship or elevate it too but honestly...it's about selling & if you're good at your craft then you can sell your ship & have a decent career in BL. MaxTul are the Kings of BL & we all know damn well that they are straight & ain't chekin for each other but those dudes sold that shit & I bought it EVERY TIME. And since they sold their product so damn good they were able to do it over & over again & it was bought & then they can move on to their next stage successfully.

I had just watched him with Saint & I loved him especially for being so young so when he made this appearance in UWMA I was super excited...then he had me crying like a baby...in minutes? I was still trying to catch my snot from the damn supermarket scene that caught me off guard & here he is making me do it all over again! I was impressed.

Perth was in UWMA for a combined 3 minutes & that boy had me snotting all over myself...he's a great actor & you're right...his eyes are what make it all happen that's why I can't understand how Chimon is not feelin him! Exactly & it very well can be the craptastic character development as well as the lack of arc anywhere but it's frustrating LOL. Then I unfortunately watched a little snippet of Chimon saying that he was approached by whoever to do a BL & he said no & then they said well it's opposite Perth & so then he agreed & I thought...nope. He doesn't want to do a BL...that should have been the end & they moved on but here we are. I don't want to put all the blame on Chimon but I want to put all the blame on Chimon.
Sorry but they're not doing it for me. It took me awhile to figure out why I wasn't getting all excited about this show because I really like both ML's for many reasons. I did something that I rarely do during the airing of a show & checked out their fan service crap & I figured it out. Perth looks at Chimon like he wants to eat him, fake or not, & Chimon looks at Perth like he's a bestie that doesn't brush his teeth regularly but that's ok because he's funny. There's no flow to them & while Perth is uber affectionate with everyone, Chimon looks like people are burning him with their skin. It's odd because I think most actors seem to be able to match Perth's intensity but IDK. Chimon is a pretty decent actor but he's just not selling me on his interest in Perth. Maybe it's the writing. Usually Marc can piss me off but I'm actually kinda sorta not minding he & Pawin which IS pissing me off. They should be the couple I'm dreading but here I am really enjoying their interactions.

Absolutely but I do not need it rushed either. I have no idea how to make that happen slowly but quickly LOL but it needs to. I do not want Chen Yi leaning on Ai Di like he's second best so they best make sure he changes his tune right quick. Someone had said it last week that it's more of the Daddy/Hero complex for Chen Yi & the boss which is totally feasible but Ai Di is not 2nd rate so Chen Yi better get his shit together right quick.
