So is that true that they had a rxpe scene or not? (haven't watched it, people on X were talking a lot about this…
It's the same scene that was already in the trailer, we can say yes its a sexual assault, because Peem forcefully kiss parn (even when she said no, dont do this 3 times and slapped her) and then in the end she finally kiss back, (maybe we will see in next episode what really it was) this scene wasn't suppose to be like this but the writers and crew did a terrible job. So Yes, it is sexual assault.
Episode 2 made me understand Peem a lot more, but honestly… it also made me even more worried about her. The…
I LOVVEEEEDDD YOUR ANAYLYSIS and enjoyed reading it, just a little thing i want to add, no offense to anyone or anything just my inner thoughts, in real life love like this is all around, we all are so used to green stories and happy plots in movies/series but that's not all there is. Humans are very complex and toxic love like this is really present in real world, i have watched all kinds of cinema from all around the world and one thing i realized is that thai gls do need variations. We can't always expect a character to be emotionally competent. Some characters need to be vulnerable, emotionally damaged, traumatic, toxic so we see them healing and finding themselves. I don't know if others will resonate me on this but we need stories where they learn to love, to heal, to apologize, to understand, to become the diamond they always were, we need to see the journey to healing, so out there someone can heal with them too.
I think everyone here knew what they were getting into, me included, and I didn't mind the toxicity and Peem being…
I haven't read the novel (i wanted to experience it as a tv show so i avoided reading it) so can't comment on that , and i believe a lot of people here are affected by this because the novel depicted something else and they might have changed that so it make sense but on the other hand maybe the writers wanted to make it different from the novel in some way. Also (I WILL NEVER EVER DEFEND THE SEXUAL ASSAULT ELEMENT IF THERES ONE) I just think the scene was depicted in a wrong way, the way they rushed it really made it negative, what i saw was that parn started kissing her back but that point that moment should had more focus, they should have elongated the scene showing parn enjoying it and giving in, so it wouldn't look like forced interaction, i don't think the writers wrote this scene as Misconduct but surely they didn't shot it properly and i totally agree with you on that. About Flashbacks, i agree, they are rushing everything and want to fit everything in 10 episodes, hence the weird transitions. We have all the time in the world to see more episodes, this show really have potential, Ch3 just have to destroy this.
Why people here are assuming that this was going to be all rainbow and ponies? Yes its a toxic show, yes it have red flags, yes it have elements that we don't see in pure love stories, that's the whole point.. this show wasn't supposed to be green. This show is supposed to be dark and its doing excelent job showing this, just because you all dont like that doesnt mean its a bad show.
Every time i see lena and miu, i get that feeling that they are not acting. Its genuine love and care, no matter sexual or platonic but its in their eyes the way they are with each other.
Damn I know she's your mother Runch, but assault is something that no one should have to go through. you should be the one to report that, you were supposed to protect your wife.
i was thinking that, thai gls are getting so bold each other and the fire is actually the breath of fresh air, its actually good seeing that not all gls are all about being just physical.
there was no toxic relative from watinwanit family, except this ugly aunt in the fire drama. Nam had supportive family, lom had supportive family, Din had supportive cousins , my fai is struggling with her aunt
