Did they not get together then and did later as adults or were they together from highschool until his wish? I’m on epi4 and so lost. The father is looking for his son. Is it the same son from the time of the wish? So when he made the wish that person disappeared and he appeared under the new name? If so, wouldn’t the father and love interest have dealt with him differently when he tried to tell them who he was? Finally, in the end I read the same young men crushes are the same adult men who love eachother and end up together. The temporary wish man character disappears? Sorry this is so long. Thank you!

Keep in mind these are high schoolers. Keep that in mind the entire time you are watching. HUGE difference in the way Hs react and act to things compared to adults. The actors did a great job keeping that in mind as did the writers and directors. (Decisions that were made for her) Put aside real life and reality regarding her ability to remain in school lol Knowing me I would have a back up journal no one knew about 🤣 I can’t imagine how hard it would be to trust anyone every day forever knowing I’d forget by morning and relearn what they wanted me too.
