I'm sorry for my earlier sarcastic reply earlier, I thought you were asking ironically and thus I tried to say something ironic too.

But in seriousness? Yeah that's his most famous recent work I suppose, you might have also seen him as Magneto in the X-Men films if you've ever seen those, or at least in a meme or two, I recall there were some popular meme/reaction images created from his Magneto not too long ago.

Might've seen him at a local Walmart or something, maybe he was traveling in Korea and some drama needed a foreign guy for a bit part and happened upon him at a local convenience store or something.

I wanted to like this more, but I think the episodic nature did hamper my enjoyment a bit.

As to say having just one episode per case really left some characters feel a little underdeveloped for me.

Not to say it's bad, but could've been better at least for me personally.

I just think of it as a Cultivation story. The characters have all Cultivated ammo cheat hax.

The makers seem to have quite the gauntlet of action setpieces lined up next, I'm looking forward to them as well. :)

I'm liking this so far, but it's a bit of a mixed bag really.

In terms of execution, it feels a blend between both classic and modern style K-Dramas, and does it well for yhe most part.

But man, there does often feel to be an inconsistency in terms of tome, the lighter and darker moments do not feel like they're paced well enough.

Ah yes, back to square zero on character progression, sigh.

This is a conflicting film for me, the story and characters had potential but felt underutilized/undercooked.

But the way it's shot, the lighting, the colors, and the MUSIC just speak to me so, so much.

I think it's one of those films for me that's okay story/plot but execution that really, REALLY speaks to me.

So it's like, I want to give this a 10/10 for the filmmaking, but 5/10 for the actual contents. I seldom feel this way.

Three things I loved about this: the acting, the action sequences, and the SQUIBS that absolutely took me by surprise.

I just wish there was a bit more story lol, I wouldn't have minded even if it turned out like 2.5h or something because the last 40mins are just action sequences anyways.
