I'm so confused with this story... First, there's way too MANY characters to keep up and then randomly throwing in scenes with some dudes at the pool, like, who even are they and why should I care??
Second, no idea why Mark likes Kit at all, he's done absolutely nothing likable or deserving. And his reason for not accepting Marks dating proposal, I mean, what even is that??? Literally the stupidest/laziest reason the writers could have made to "build tension" and after that stupid reason Kit didn't even really suffer. Mark's got the broken heart, it would have been nice to see Kit have any feelings and missing Mark. It was just all so lacking...
Third, the heck with Phai? It's like, this show was written just to torture Wayu. Your BF broke up with you and now you are finally getting over him with a guy (Thanu) set up to look after you by douche exBF and that hurts, but you kinda like him and he's starting to have real feelings for you and BOOM let's throw in a random ass "soulmate" just to mess you up some more. I'm just utterly confused with the POS plot line.
I feel like the writers had absolutely no idea what they wanted when they were writing this drama. Just picked a bunch of scenarios out of a hat went cool, let's do that! It's too all over the place and I feel like I've wasted all these hours for this... Finished through ep 10 and don't think I can power through anymore...
Damn, if only this show was written as well as Wan and Mai's bed scenes!! O_O
It's hard to really rate this one because the English subs are really hard to follow and the scenes are often edited choppy and there are so MANY different characters in this show I honestly had a hard time keeping up with everyone. (It also didn't help that the video quality I watched was also super low grade so it was hard to figure out who everyone's pixilated faces were unless they said their names for the first 3 or so episodes)
First episode was really confusing but it did get better and I was definitely hooked just for Wan and Mai haha but I did enjoy Ongash and North's story as well.
Can someone tell me if there’s an actual love story in this show? I see romance as a tag and yet it’s nonexistent thus far…
I was under the impression that Punn and Weir we’re going to have a thing but up to episode eight nothings really happened except a whole bunch of nothing. I never read the Manga or have seen any of the other adaptions. So I don’t know if I’m just expecting something that was never there and I’m just wasting my time with this bizarre plot line for nothing.
I know this is good just by reading the comments. However, I cant seem to get past EP02. I'm probably just hung…
I actually watched this before Together With Me and I think it doesn't even compare. To me Manner of Death was way better. The characters are more mature (for me Knock was just way too immature especially in Next Chapter) And the characters in this drama are completely different with developed goals and just has a whole different vibe. So they didn't overlap in my mind at all, but it's common for people watching same actors/couples in different shows have trouble compartmentalizing well especially if you've just finished one of their shows. This happened to me with a couple of Saint's dramas that I watched back to back.
Maybe give yourself some time to let Together With Me settle, so you can fully enjoy all that Max and Tul have to offer in this drama because it really is fantastic.
I've been wanting to watch this drama for so long but I'm no good with thrillers. So can anybody tell me if it…
I thought the thriller aspect was extremely mild. Enough to make it a very different feeling than any other BL I've seen, which I absolutely loved and MaxTul is way worth the watch even if you're not a fan of thrillers! To me it just felt like more investigation than edge of my seat here comes a killer kind of thing but that's just IMO

Also, Padlok/Sab biggest missed opportunity ever!
