Honestly what I believed that the person sleepwalking has no clue of his/her surrounding ( they won't know who is near them or what's calling them) , they are just in a dream, but I don't think they showed it correctly here, it felt a bit like she was drunk...like when she was looking at the ml (it felt like she knew he was standing there) and also the elevator scene
