This is a simple Google search. Homosexual people in CHINA literally face legal and social challenges. They are not allowed to marry or adopt kids. They are not protected from hate crime, there’s no laws to protect them from any sort of discrimination at this time. AMERICA is different, and much more OPEN AND LEGAL to it. That is the point I was trying to make. Yes, in china they can be homosexual, that’s their choice but there’s no laws to protect them. What aren’t you understanding?
