The way she was fine and then died 2 seconds later. I didnât expect her to die this soon but when she said she wanted to go to sleep i was like oh okay this is it. And seriously the psycho looked so sick the entire show and you could see that he was actually ill. In his dying moments he literally struggled to breathe and you just knew he was close to death. Like Iâm pretty sure thats how ppl who suffer from Leukemia are in their last stages of life. Not running around collecting evidence for a freaking tv debate. They didnât do a good job convincing us that she was deathly sick

Their characters were so insignificant and useless. They shouldâve just put them back in prison instead of giving them their 1 scene per episode where they do absolutely nothing but run after the powerful people. Ngl they couldâve just made Hyejin stay in America and live her life instead of killing her off because it literally didnât do anything for the plot besides CDH confirming his suspicions abt Miho knowing his true intentions and that crusty husband finally shutting up abt his wife (which⊠the fact that he didnât seem to care at all and also didnât even go to jail for the murder? fucked up). Really wanted justice for her or for someone to at least file a police report so someone would investigate her disappearance

He literally had more of a backstory than PCH- like we know more abt him than the protagonist. Also I donât really think it has much to do with intelligence but more with power. PCH is pretty smart and the way he went about everything was good and he surely wouldâve succeeded if he had more influence and the justice system wasnât broken. Guess the ending does show that people with enough power will always get away with their crimes and wonât have to face the consequences.

Tbh the Leukemia plot was unnecessary. She definitely had more time left to live since she wasnât exposed to the radiation too long ago only diagnosed recently.
Also like ioxoxo said, the complaints have always been there and people are allowed to talk about how the ending was unsatisfying and rushed/how they left so many questions that were vital parts of the plot unanswered while also bringing up past concerns that they had about the show. Tbh i constantly checked how much time there was left because i knew there was no way they could properly resolve everything in 70 minuets. They really shouldâve made this 18 or 20 episodes in order to give viewers a good and satisfying ending that made actual sense and didnât look like some literal recap of missing episodes. After 30 minuets I wanted to skip so badly because i was extremely bored and confused but with the way they rushed this, i wouldâve missed half the plot- lol
I agree that Miho shouldâve died because she was severely ill but the life expectancy for stage 4 Leukemia is 1.5 years from what iâve read. They really killed her off like that instead of showing us how they spent her last remaining year or so together. Very abrupt and i found it to be emotionless. Like where was her dad??
