Yeah i have no idea why they didn’t just release the director cuts from the get go. There’s so many important scene that they cut out for absolutely no reason. Very frustrating. No wonder most people didn’t like the first 2-3 episodes as much.
LM just has a very basic storyline and it’s nothing we haven’t seen before but it’s still a nice watch imo. There’s so many misunderstandings between these 2 that it’s hard for them to just be happy together. Ig all of these things really needed to happen tho for Vee to finally realize how important Mark really is to him and that he doesn’t want to lose him. He has a hard time letting go of his past relationship and i honestly don’t think he would’ve anytime soon if it wasn’t for all the angst that’s happening. But every fluffy scene of theirs just feels even cuter and refreshing after all the drama😭😭

Agreed. A lot of shows just focus on some major plot events instead of moving the story along by focusing more on smaller important scenes and incidents. I think LM did a really good job tho at putting all the important scenes in (mainly just talking abt the director cuts here because the original first few episodes lack a lot of important scenes to understand the story better) without unnecessarily dragging everything out lol

Well novel wise this won’t happen lol. But you never know. Maybe they’ll resolve everything a bit earlier and we’ll get more fluff

I dropped this show after ep 9 but i still keep up with it on twt and read tweets abt it each week and- my god this show is so cruel and heartbreaking. Soojae is probably one of the most miserable female leads i’ve ever seen. She went through such a painful and traumatic past. People used and deceived her, they put her in jail for things she didn’t do and she ended up losing her own daughter after believing that she already died once. Soojae doesn’t have anything left, her whole world is shattered. My heart is breaking for her. She deserves to finally be happy.

Also wondering how they’ll drag the drama over the next 3 episodes (assuming that ep 10 will resolve everything)

Just watched ep 7 preview and damn i thought they would give us at least 1 happy episode stopp.

I wonder how Venice will impact their relationship in the future because… this is not working out the way it was supposed to. Obviously doesn’t justify his behavior but i’d be pissed off too if i had to live under a roof with a baby that i didn’t want to take care of or spend any time with. Idk maybe Venice will die- u never know wtf Daemi will pull next. Just hope to see a serious conversation between the 2 so they can find a better solution for this and talk about their viewpoints

I mean i’d choose a baby over Vegas too if he pulled some chapter 1 type of stuff on me💀

It would definitely be better for Venice to be put in foster care tbh. Wouldn’t want some toxic, abusive guy around a child

In the novel he is openly gay. I’m assuming the same goes for his character in the show

War is such a phenomenal actor. His eyes tell entire stories and he expresses Mark’s every emotion through them. He is marvelous in every way and he’s proving it episode after episode. He never fails to deliver and he just keeps getting more amazing

I agree with everyone here that Yiwaa was being extremely annoying this episode. I understand that she wants to protect mark but she was clearly aware that there was something going on between him and Vee, so i don’t understand why she felt the need to cause unnecessary drama in their relationship especially after she saw how hurt and jealous Vee looked every time he saw Mark with Nuae. Just very inappropriate and out of line if u ask me. You really shouldn’t put anyone in a situation like that. Mark was visibly uncomfortable every time she brought up the whole ‘’Nuae likes Mark’’ thing and he probably just didn’t want to publicly reject him since that puts someone in a very embarrassing situation and Mark very much respects the feelings of others. She honestly needs to know her place and start minding her own business. This just caused a lot of stupid misunderstandings between Vee and Mark that could’ve been avoided. She should’ve known to just leave it alone and let them figure their relationship out themselves especially since they aren’t ready to tell people. I like her but this episode just made me want to punch her. So frustrating

Daemi just doesn’t know how to write a good story i swear. Like how do u jump from the ending of the novel to… THAT. Like yeah he was selfish but not THAT selfish wtf where is the development
