Ok I felt like they rushed some things in ep5-6 . It felt like Gao's family saw FL with ML and ultimately assumed he may be the illegitimate son of Mr. Gao. Also ML knows some huge secret so he is pursuing FL aggressively. Yet to know FL's motive though
