but you see , we know it could have been avoided if let's say it was a child and not an adult I would understand why he would hate Sam Dal's mum, but his wife was an adult.

That man is casting blame on the wrong people because he feels incompetent he could not protect his wife but he fails to realize with his action he is loosing something more precious his wife left behind and that's the son.

All In all the father needs to man up and get his act together and stop being petty , if not for his sake the. for his son, his son calls Sam Dal's mother mum,
