And if he stayed away from the hospital she would have died already.He definitely did something next episode to try and get rid of her and that’s why the nurses showed up but I don’t think she’ll die .. Another possibility could be he told the lackey to do something to kill her and he told the others and they faked her death and that’s what we saw
