Can anyone remind me who were the actors that got replaced and why?

If you read some of the comments on this page, there are indeed some French ppl or French speaking ppl who said they were expecting the actors to speak perfect french. Glad you aren't one of those.

Hahaha ok. If that's how you interpreted it it's fine. I didn't say you are arrogant . I said what you are doing is coming off as arrogant. There is actually a difference. Fyi English isn't my first or second language. And you can speak German all you like. I don't need Google to translate because I'm a Schwab lol. I grew up with Spaetzle and Zwiebelrostbratten lol. But thats not the main issue. The point is, you got triggered when you saw the word "arrogant"and assumed I'm insulting you. But it wasn't the case. Lol. It was a friendly comment that what you are doing is the same as those french speakers are doing. Which is why I said you should tone it down. But again, interpret it anyway you like.

No offense but I honestly truly think you need to carefully read and process ppls comments. For the last few weeks I have been defending the language issue about this series. But somehow you seem to have misunderstood that. Same as how you are misunderstanding that I am judging your language ability lol. Seriously. Look carefully what ppl are saying and don't jump the gun. Especially if it's in a language you aren't fluent in. It will only lead you to misunderstandings. Lol

Lol. I didn't specify that you are a linguist. I meant that in general. Lol . And I get you are enthusiastic about the language aspect of this series but I honestly think you could turn it down a notch. It's starting to come off as arrogant . I know what I say sounds obnoxious when you process it into German but I'm not trying to be that. But again , learning a language is not the same as mimicking a language. Parrots mimic , humans learn languages

Lol. I know the difficulties and hardship of learning languages. I speak 4. (Western and asian) And am learning 2 more. So I know very well all about pronounciations and how languages sound so foreign ears. But a true linguist learns the basics first:how to listen and differentiate the syllables, the tone fluctuations and pronounciations. If you don't have good basics then all you are doing is mimicking sounds and not learning a language.

No it's not. In Chinese it would be "dui boo-chi”. Japanese should be “gom me neh sai” . You can't use a single word for asian languages. Asian terms are made up of multiple words like syllables. If you pronounce it as a single word it won't be comprehensible often times. It's not like German where you combine words to make a single word.

Lol. There are still ppl nitpicking the French in the show? Seriously, do you ppl nitpick when you watch shows and these actors try to speak English? Or just any actors trying to speak another language they are unfamiliar with in movies or series? I think you all are expecting too much. I'm sure when you speak English you have French accents mixed in to it. So how do feel when ppl say "it's really hard to take what you say in English seriosuly because you have an accent"? It's a TV series. I honestly think these expectations for the actors to be speaking fluent and perfect french is unrealistic

Hahahahaha um...I Know how series are filmed. And that they are obviously filmed out of order.. or did you think there are series or films that are filmed purely in sequence? Hahaha so they would go to point A on day one, then go back to point A on day two or fourteen depending on the story?Rather than film multiple scenes on ppint A at once? Ha-ha also did you think it would be possible for them to film in sequence but the actors hair would grow instantly within a day?Obviously it's all done in separate dates. Hahah that's the whole reason why I initially said they don't keep the actors hair style consistent . Ha-ha

The one thing that irks me alot with Thai series is the inconsistency with the hair styles.. can't they keep the same hair cut for the character through out the whole scene? It's most obvious with Shane. One moment he has thicker higher hair, then it's trimmed, then it go back..The last time I saw such frequent inconsistencies with was with We Are. (At least there they had an excuse that it was due to reshooting scenes)

Btm line: do you speak French so well and fluently that ppl don't detect any accent from you ? They don't know you aren't a native french but rather a foreigner who speaks French? Ofcourse everyone speaks with an accent, it depends on their dilact too. The Chinese language has so maNy dilact and accents so it's really easy to spot a real Chinese speaker and a fake . Is the same cause for you when you speak French?

I know they aren't limited to France. But that doesn't mean you speak it accent free right? And if you are canadian, won't you have a French Canadian accent? Don't and won't native french ppl mock you too? I'm sure your Canadian accent seeps through. Maybe your French to the French sounds like what the French in this series sounds to you?

Ha-ha. It's a fictional series. I think giving them a little leeway isn't asking for much. It's a TV series . Not a multi billion dollar movie. No offense but o think you are asking a bit much from them. I mean at this point it starting to sound like you just want to show that you speak French and better than the actors do. It's starting to come off as arrogant. You aren't even a native french . Again, No offense.

When you say you speak French just how well do you speak it? Fluently? Or just sufficiently? I'm just curious, cause that would make it clearer what your standard would be. It originally sounded like you are a native french. But now we know you aren't. So just wondering how accent free and fluent you are. Do ppl detect that you are not a narive speaker?

When you watch a superhero movie do you get disappointed that the character isn't flying in a proper form? Not lifting a car with the proper postures? Isn't punching correctly? Didnt strike a proper heroic pose?

And what majestic language do you speak? Language of the french? German? Alibaba? Hillbilly?

"best kissing" scene? Ok, that's really stretching it. Even kiss scenes from Gemini and Phuwin are better. And their kiss scenes are often referred to as 'dead fish kisding'.Ohm looked like he was being forced to kiss and was ready to push Mark away as soon as they were done. Even all the ppl who liked and support this series have not mentioned their kiss scenes as "good", let alone "best"
