I really liked the ending although many of us were disappointed. The main thing that Fu Zhuo always wanted to tell was he liked Miao Miao. So it's like an open ending. You can create your own scenario.
Can consider Moonlight as the second season of this drama. As 3 of the main lead is there. Where Ding Yuxi also playes role of an author and the FL is Esther Yu.
