So was Phee having sex with Non and Jin at the same time? He seemed to want to be with both romantically

He's definitely seeking revenge for Non...but why is Phee now FWB with Jin. Was Phee FWB with both Non and Jin? Did Non catch him with Jin and then decide to end it.
