I agree with both of you. The same with Ju Ji Ying. I understand that many idol-singers can track/pull their fan base and increase the ratings and the popularity, but I think they have get some ethic work and try to improve their acting instead of delivering a mediocre show. The novel is completely different. In this show only the names remains, this is a new story. He is a prince, his cronic ailment is because he ate poisoned food, his part and his brothers part for some entanglement that I don´t recall. The empress has no child, she killed one consort and adopt his children, she gave them a poisonous food because she wanted they grow sickly to be the regent and control the court but the youngest one eat all, he barely survived. His brother never knew, his brother love the most the Dowawer, he listened all his order and demands. She is the legitimated daughter of the fallen dinasty. The emperor when know this wanted to killed her, but after all he heard his brother plead. The ML was saved by his personal physician friend and a FL maternal side granfather physician after a long period treatment. He is living well but we don't know if he is free of poison or he is living safe thanks to medicine. They are living happy in freedom travelling around the kingdom.

I agree with Piquina comment. In my case I don´t know anything about baseball and business, but I enjoyed all those dramas, and also Hot Stove League. HSL and this drama I think share a very similar framework. If You are busy skipp and when You have time try to watch the first 4 episodes focused, the story is dense and somethings are not telled but showed.

Also, don´t watch Si Jin because is the same. Is they want to change a novel at least come with a better story.

No, she isn´t. This is very different from the novel. If I not mixing novels and remember right she is the descendant of the fallen prior dinasty.

I suggest don´t start this drama. I consider Blossom and Double better adaptation of the original work and this is more like fan fiction, and the production looks cheap, acting so so, story chopped, etc. I am still watching using FF button. Every rant below about the drama are correct. Maybe, You should try Guardians of TD, that was very popular and it seems to be a good adaptation.

This series is bad for the script, not only for the propaganda. In the Catechism of the Catolic Church the IVF is banned. This is an adaptation from a webnovel and a webtoon, it is based of a real doctor, in this works the ML is like a superheroe doctor. The background formation of the ML is from MSF and Blackwater. His money and connections come from the mercenary job. WTPR is the same is based in a wattpad story and the war setting comes from there, ML made militar service in a foreign country, after that worked as war journalist and in secret as mercenary, (rescuing hostage, as broker a mediator) in the novel the awfull cheesy situation of the rescue happened in another context. The serie was better than the novel.

Nailed it. Delivered the webtoon´s essence, a 10 for me because the production team made the assigment succesfully adapted the original work from 2D to 3D. The subbtitles in spanish for LA were awfull, I think the translator use MTL (IA o wahtever) and made a superficial review. I usually watch series in original audio with English subs and are better.
