Use a VPN set on United Kingdom and it works. I (also from Germany) was able to watch the episodes on this way.
I use Nord VPN and never had problems with any app, except IQIYI and even that works with some extra steps.

The acting is really decent, no actually pretty good especially for their ages, they are cute and it's overall nicely done. I don't know why the rating is so low.
