Title Shine on Me
She probably thought something bad had happened to him and was worried, which is why she was angry that he didn’t…
Like I said, it’s a preview for a reason, and there would have been several scenes before that preview, so you still can’t judge based on one scene alone. There was even a scene in the trailer before that where she ran to him in the hospital and was relieved.

the preview of 20 / 21 episode is a frustration for me . The first thing she did showing her feeling for him ,…
She probably thought something bad had happened to him and was worried, which is why she was angry that he didn’t message her if he was alright. He actually did send a message, but it didn’t go through because of poor network. It’s a preview for a reason so it’s better to watch the whole episode before judging and calling her stupid.

leaching off your parents and pathetic ohhh he gotta to go
And the audacity he has to think the fl owes him anything because of a stupid promise he made in his own head. He wanted her to be a doormat, someone who would wait around until he decided it was convenient to show her affection while he treated her like she didn’t matter and chose to believe his toxic childhood friend over her.

I hate how the story keeps shoving him and his teammates in our faces. He should honestly just disappear.

I really hope sml doesn’t try to interfere in their relationship. He had more than enough chances because she genuinely liked him and made it obvious but he completely messed it up. Now that she's moving on, he has no right to insert himself or cause confusion. His indecisiveness, mixed signals, and manipulative behavior have already caused enough damage. If he has even a shred of shame and self-awareness, he should stay out of her life instead of showing up with that pathetic, self-serving attitude.

I hate their friend group. You can’t tell me that they don’t all secretly resent NXG, except for that one girl.
Rong also misled NXG. If she had been honest and admitted that she liked sml, I’m sure NXG would not have confessed her feelings, and the situation would not have turned so sour.
NXG acted in good faith, believing she wasn’t crossing any boundaries, only to later realize that she had been placed in a position which even caused tension within the friend group.

I don’t know which secret the ml’s father found out, whether it was that she lied to get the job or dating his son but none of that justifies slapping her. He didn’t even know her personally and she's an employee, so treating her that way was completely out of line. At worst, he could have simply fired her or confronted her properly. The physical violence was unnecessary and excessive.

This is where the drama really went downhill. The scene felt forced and poorly written, as if the writer dropped logic and realism just to create shock value and drag the story forward which don’t even align with the characters. It ruined the emotional impact and made the plot feel messy and frustrating rather than engaging.

They will break up and then end up together at the last minute in the final ep, a typical kdrama trope.

“Sometimes we don’t directly express our feelings to someone we’ve been dating for a long time, but it’s…
Actually, it’s not easy to confess your feelings to a close friend. When two people have relied on each other for years and become like family, admitting romantic feelings can be incredibly difficult because it risks ruining the bond they already share. I say this from personal experience: when I told my friend that I liked him, things changed completely because he didn’t feel the same way, and our dynamic was never the same again.

That’s why situations like this are complicated. Playing “fake” husband and wife made him think he had a chance because of the closeness between them, but reality eventually set in when it became clear that the feelings weren’t mutual and she's in love with someone else. Not all relationships can survive the shift from friendship to romance, which is why many people hesitate to confess their feelings in the first place.

He loves his kid deeply, so it’s understandable that he would draw a firm line. From his perspective, it likely feels as though she’s using his child as a way to get closer to him, even if that was never her intention and she was simply being kind and helpful to the child. When a parent senses anything that might affect their kid, they’re bound to become protective.

He has made his feelings clear from the start, even openly saying that he likes Darim, yet she continues to force her way into his life and ignore those boundaries. At this point, it comes across as lacking self-respect, no matter how pure her intentions may be.

I don’t want them together because the situation has become unnecessarily painful and one-sided. She’s far too kind, genuine, and good-hearted to keep putting herself in a position where she’s not wanted or appreciated. At the same time, he shouldn’t be expected to return her feelings when he doesn’t feel the same way. Affection and relationships shouldn’t be forced.

From Darim’s POV, I understand why she still can’t tell Jiyeok because he’s still her boss, and her entire livelihood depends on the job. She has debts to pay, her mom’s medical bills to cover, and this is her only stable source of income. She also literally has no idea that he’s suffering because of her situation. She’s simply trying to survive.

Meanwhile, the sml is blatantly taking advantage of the circumstances. He got a taste of what it feels like to be her husband, and now he can't let go, even while gradually developing feelings for someone else on the side. His behavior has become frustratingly inconsistent and selfish, making his character harder to sympathize with as the story progresses.
Honestly, I hope this part of the plot wraps up next week so the story can return to the main romance and other parts of the drama.

I think some people watched this drama on 2x or 3x speed or went in with a negative mindset, and then started giving harsh and unfair opinions. But honestly, YR and JP’s relationship was well-developed, and JP's confession scene was far from bad. Yes, it took JP a while to finally confess, but that’s realistic. Not everyone finds it easy to open up, especially when you’re unsure of the other person’s feelings.

Confessing to your best friend is one of the hardest things to do because it can either lead to a beautiful relationship or completely ruin the friendship. That fear alone explains his hesitation.

I think some viewers are simply bitter about what happened with JH or because their SL ship didn’t sail. But that doesn’t justify leaving negative comments and low ratings just to discourage others from watching. Not liking a drama is perfectly fine because everyone is allowed to have their own opinion but intentionally dragging it down is unnecessary and unfair.

I genuinely enjoyed this drama. The storyline was heartfelt, the characters grew in realistic ways. YR and JP’s relationship was genuine, steady, and beautiful. Their bond showed patience and understanding.

Don’t let the low ratings affect your decision. You can watch it with an open mind and judge for yourself

Title To the Moon
Their breakup is honestly pointless. It’s so unnecessary especially with how frustrating the drama has been, K-drama writers always throw in these ridiculous breakup plots just to stretch the storyline, only for the couple to reunite at the very end of the final episode. It’s the same formula every single time — breakup, montage of sadness, realization, then a last-minute reunion.
Not every love story needs forced drama to be interesting.
Also, it seems the Actress has been playing the same character. Work later drink now, The potato lab and now To the moon. All the characters looks the same to me or maybe it's just the actress.

Well, she didn't know she rejected him because of her...And they never dated
Lol, your argument earlier was that she already knew before and still decided to date him, but I clearly corrected that she only found out in ep 11, not before all that happened. Let’s stick to the facts, please.

Now in ep 12, y’all are still expecting them to break up because of that? Seriously? At this point, it’s just reaching. Everyone else in the drama got their closure, their happy endings, and moved on. Maybe it’s time you do the same instead of holding onto bitterness over a fictional storyline. The drama ended and the characters grew, forgave, and moved forward. Why can’t certain audience do that too?

It’s funny how people conveniently ignore all the growth and healing that took place just to keep fueling hate.
At the end, what matters is that YeonRye and JH healed, grew and, still there for eachother, and also chose to move forward. That’s maturity, not weakness.

Instead of clinging to old grudges and “what-ifs,” maybe appreciate how the story wrapped up with everyone finally understanding each other and finding peace. The drama’s message was about empathy, forgiveness, and starting anew, not staying stuck in resentment. So if the characters have moved on, maybe it’s time the audience did too.

Yeongrye : - I want to be a korean teacher! > went to late night school > became a fool in love instead…
Lol, y’all still won’t make us hate YeonRye.
She joined night school because her family couldn’t afford proper education, and she entered the Miss Korea competition not for fame or vanity, but for the scholarship that would allow her to continue her studies. Do you really think that was easy? If she had the financial means, she wouldn’t have been working in a salon just to get by instead of pursuing college. It’s honestly ridiculous how people keep nitpicking every little thing just to hate on YeonRye, ignoring the fact that she was simply doing what she could to survive and build a better life.

Let’s not forget — JH could’ve been arrested if YeonRye hadn’t told her to escape. She even risked her own safety by using the manager’s embezzlement frauds to guilt-trip him into backing off. That wasn’t selfish — that was courage, loyalty, and quick thinking. Both friends sacrificed and protects eachother, even when it costs them.

And the irony is, YeonRye didn’t even know JH had rejected JP because of her until that rainy night. Also, anyone on the outside would’ve assumed JH was living a comfortable life, being the daughter of a chaebol mother. It wasn’t until YeonRye witnessed her getting slapped by her mother that she truly understood the pain JH had been hiding. That was the moment she realized that JH’s “perfect life” was anything but. How could YeonRye have known any of that when JH never opened up to her in the first place? People are so quick to judge without understanding the full picture.
What frustrates me is how easily people villainize YeonRye. She isn’t perfect, but she’s real.

The drama showed us that the characters are not flawless and made imperfect choices.
So instead of hating her, maybe take a moment to understand her story

No she didn't, JH revealed it to her in ep 11 when she was crashing out in the rain.
Are you even watching the drama?
YR never knew she rejected him because of her
