ZLY is such a great actress. Meanwhile HYTT is literally learning. She's way too young and her past roles were all spoiled teens. And I highly think they didn't adapt things well. Her armor is too big for her, for exemple.

Loved LYR and ZKL. They always serve a lot, extremely good actors.
HYTT is a good actress for younger roles. She's too baby. It's like they placed a child to start military training.
This is coming from me that LOVE LOTFG, I really love Zhou Ye there. But here? HYTT looks like a baby, acts like a teen (acting, she literally looks like the teen she is).
The cinematography is so😭 bland. Sorry.

Ohh, I see. Since I didn't watch PA S1, my standards are the dramas I've watched.
I've seen JOL S1 and S1, and for me S2 was as good as S1 (S2 is the bridge between S1 and S3 after all).
Since I didn't watch PA, Ig Rebirth will hit me differently than for yall that have watched

I was already feeling weird about this drama cause of the obvious.
I haven't watched PA so idc about the differences, just wanted to see LYR. But reading the comments... it's been a while since I last saw so many dissatisfied people. Did POJ raise the bar or is this just bad?
Anyw, I plan on starting this soon to judge for myself😂 I really wanna see Yun Rui, even if later I have to skip every HYTT scenes

Li Huai'an didn't deserve to fall with his family. If he survived alone it'd be like betraying the Li family and his grandfather. That's extremely unfilial, not a good thing to do. And in his case his punishment was far worse than death, him being sent to a remote place is like torture to him. He's too used to being royal tutor😂

Maybe cause of the 'prince' thing? That's something we're used to see in cdramas😂

Zheng and Changyu growing together and falling in love just like Bao'er and Changning. Gongsun and Qishu falling in love and getting together without issues. XIE WU FINDING OUT WHAT'S LOVE. AAAAAAAA I want another drama of POJ

What a great drama, finally finished.
The relationship between XZ and WY was quite good.
Although I'm sad it got strained. I felt truly sorry for WY, he didn't mean anything that happened. He literally just tried to keep the realm at peace, and even sent Wei Qilin to do what he (WY) had to do. He was sentenced for the late emperor's crime just so everything could remain peaceful. He lost his lover, love his brother, lost his sister, he lost everything. This is so sad.
Xie Zheng must've also felt this heaviness, his uncle shouldered so many things, even his nephew's hatred. It's good that he has Changyu, imagine if he were alone? He'd break!

I'm thankful for the big happy ending, although it ended like Barbie and the 3 musketeers. At least they had kids😁 (I WANNA SEE OUR FOSTER NEPHEWS/NIECES!!!!!!).

Lin'an scene with all those dead people was HEARTBREAKING. Changyu missing everyone, even Yan Zheng.
OmG this is so sad.
Her life changed a lot, she may have become a regent, but she lost so much in the process

It was such a joyful ride after a LONG time without good dramas.
LBL, HDY and POJ really started this year extremely strong.
I'll miss talking with everyone (I'm already missing it, people disappeared since the express was released😭).
