Yimeng's treatment of Nan Heng is straight-up abusive. Her harsh words cut him deep, and it's hard to stomach. I understand she's trying to protect herself and her family, but her cruelty is overwhelming. To be honest, it's made her character unbearable to me. At this point, I don't think I can even buy into a future romance between them. She’s done too much… sighhh
I mean I understand Yimeng’s perspective, but her treatment towards Nan Heng is way too harsh. Seeing him break down in tears over and over is honestly heartbreaking. Give this man a break already.
