I’m on episodes 7 and omg Xiao Meng is so freaking annoying! Yes I know she is going thru something but she was like that with the BF/fiancé even before that. Poor guy sincerely.
6/10 stars My review is based solely on the secondary couple cause that is the reason I watch this drama. I'm not fan of both leading actors so I watch for the secondary couple. (And before you ask me why I'm not a fan of them I simply don't care much for their acting) Now back why I rated it low. I sincerely was expecting more. They didn't share a lot of scenes together and there was no romance development. She didn't try and he didn't truly said anything about loving her. One minute he liked/loved the lead girl the other they want us to believe he maybe had feelings for his best friend sister. No I didn't watch the historical, no I don't know if they had a story that connected or not. Did they have a kiss the production didn't want to show? Maybe yes. But if the production opt to not show that romance story about them is what I go with, Is not my story to play with. I think they didn't want to invest time on developing a romance that could of been amazing.
