Very predictable, bad development, questionable bad characters (yes you FL and you SML.) don’t care about the excuses they try to throw us! You didn’t even know he was your first love and went along with the crazy brother to act and trick him . Don’t even get me started on the brother. This is one of the red flags of Kdramas, if the leads seem like the worst trash they will excuse them by saying they had to do it. So most people would be like aaah okay I will like you now, for me it doesn’t excuse what you did. Example The Impossible Heir how many hated her until they had to turn her husband into the bad guy, that it was okay for her to kiss the husband friend.
What many people have to understand that you have to think differently because we know stuff that the characters don’t, I will repeat myself the FL in this choose to lie and trick the male lead with great advise of the SML, she decided with out knowing she was the real first love to do it, so her morals are questinable. Not every lead is a good person even if they want to tell you they are.

I know is fictional but I’m the type to not understand why would a female would fall for someone like that, like full if Red flags. So I rage and don’t enjoy it hahaha is the feminist in me. If she didn’t directly hurt his family I wouldn’t understand his actions.

Wait okay on some you don’t make sense

Hahaha you also excusing her actions like I say writers do. But is okay that’s what many do. She is at fault for many things but many won’t see it like that including the ML. “She was going to be the test subject until ML was made the test subject due to 2ndML begging his doctor and proibably her own guilt as she felt he tried to commit suicide after bertaing him in first episode.” No matter why is the reason she did it or who asked her! The test is cruel, because he didn’t chose to do it. And also she did help the brother to lie, remember as audience we know many things that the characters don’t know, she still chose to lie and in her mind (not what we know) she is not the first love.

I bet that they will say his first love it is the FL that’s why is the only memory that doesn’t change, the brother must be mistaken or yes the SFL saved him out of the water maybe went to ask for help and the FL was the one talking to him and such. Asian dramas over romanticize everything, Because if the SFL is in fact the one who was his first love all the brother did to hide it and what the female lead did to play along is heartless.
Also Asian dramas writers/producers don’t like morally Grey characters in romance dramas so if you see a lead doing something questionable bet you dollar they will excuse it, ooh the female lead did it because she was forced o she was in the testing not knowing this or that. Again she is his first love.

I would love this with a healthier ending. They all go their way, specially the male lead knowing what the family did and specially the brother. I won’t dare ask that male lead stays with second female lead because again they don’t like such things in Asian drama world and also again I bet she is not the first love for reason mentioned before.

But sadly is Asian dramas they have to romanticize everything and they will excuse everything. Like I bet is the brother who is confused of who is the first love. They will say the FL actually saved him as a young girl.

So I came and ask about secondary couples around two weeks and only one secondary couple the friend of ML and The princess.
I’m just starting this and I don’t even thing they have come out yet, because at least from cast pictures they don’t look like anyone who has come out.
