The male lead characters on the other two were serious and quiet but had character growth and changed as time passed. Dew on his last drama with Kao and Meteor Garden also had this dull acting so I’m sure it’s just his acting is not advanced yet, his first acting was on Meteor Garden and it was a boom. After because of rising into fame they just started to give him leads and I don’t think he is that prepared to be a lead. Also in interview he said it, that he needs to grow as an actor and he didn’t have that much experience.
