Exactly what you said, like I mentioned I will give a few episode a go and decide.

Also is so satisfactory to talk to people with this level of maturity who are willing to accept that is just about difference of preference.
We need more people like this.

Thanks :)
Maybe I will check a few more episodes and decide.

Like I said to the top commenter I should explained better, like I did watch dramas with him as lead but not his scenes. Example I watched crossfire but for Luhan and the girls romance only their scenes. Also The Long Ballad but I only did watch Lu Si and her body guard scenes. Nothing but You I watched for the secondary couple too. This are dramas that were recommended by people that know what I like on couples. Also sadly most time actors are paired with actresses I don’t like. It happens with my Favorite actors too :(

It's not robotic but kinda like indifferent type of acting which suits his character. Trust me, I have seen his…
Thanks for explaining :)

Okay hehhee I should explain myself better I watch some of his drama but not for him. They recommend dramas for secondary couple example The long ballad I only watch Lusi and her body guard scenes. But that wasn’t his fault it’s cause I don’t like Dilraba.

I think the writer want to depict the Fated to be together concept. Millions of years ago when they were IMMORTALS…
It’s as a OE, people give me different opinions. I didn’t use comma hahaha

Hehehe what I meant is if it’s a drama in a drama doesn’t matter if it’s historical or modern. They are shootings what we see, the modern times could be them just shooting the ending we saw which also is part of the whole drama itself. Why? Because we see them walking slowly, with “snow” and later the image goes to them between the doors and then the doors open a bit more and we see the crew, we see the fake snow people moving a ladder and the director tells them move move next scene. Maybe is them modern times filming a drama which means that’s not our ending to historical or maybe again is just all a drama and is just them finally filming the ending we needed after the historical part. Their reincarnation meeting again. But as actors acting in the whole drama hahaha
Also remember they don’t film in the order we see, the actors shoot the ending first at times.
If what I said is in fact what happened, there’s no time lapsing of historical and modern.

What you said also applies to me hahaha maybe I’m wrong. That’s the problem with OE’s.
I still don’t get it, we keep telling each other our version but I sincerely still don’t get what is the real ending. Because my version can be an assumption As any others version. Only the director can tell us what it meant.

I didn't know this actor before so I can't say if it's his acting style or not but I didn't notice any change…
I will give a few of the episodes a go to judge it myself but people don’t get what I mean automatically they go in defends mode.
Like everyone else had so many expression and he was just frozen in that blank space no expression. Even when he just stood there looking at her in the bar.
But thanks for not judging and not assuming I’m attacking the actor.

Honestly, there is nothing wrong with his acting. He's actually an amazing actor. He is in character (which is…
And that’s why I asked! In the first episode his face was frozen in one emotion which was blank. His mouth rarely moved when he talk like he was afraid of opening his mouth. Even when he just stood there looking at her in front of the table without saying anything making it uncomfortable. Blank spaced.

Episode 1 the main lead actor acting is very robotic and plain so far, I don’t know if that’s his acting style or his character (never watch any of his dramas.)
Does it get better as the episodes go by? Not talking about the romance or plot. But his acting or the character acting.

OE= Open ending

Part of what script?

Maybe we are having a misunderstanding of what we are saying or understanding hahaha are we saying the same thing but explaining differently hahaha omg.

Okay so what I said was, was it part of a script to mean they were filming a drama in the drama not just that part but overall, like on a drama when the character wakes up and it means the drama itself was just a dream of the lead.

Let me see if I can explain better what I mean filming a drama in the drama. So, the actors are hired Lin Xin Yi and Tian Xu Ning and the rest of the cast, so they told them you will play these characters who will be acting in historical times drama. Omg not even like that I make myself understandable. hahaha OOH okay like Have you seen Please Love me? The lead actor Yu Jian (real actor) plays an actor in the drama. So the actor plays an actor, like another actor in another drama can act like a CEO, His character name is Yi Han. So that actor Yi Han films dramas in the drama itself in Please Love me. You can see them filming and acting scenes. But in this drama, we only know they were filming a drama in the drama until the last minutes because they showed the filming crew. On this drama the director tells them to go to the next scene, so you get it? It was all them acting hahaha. The characters are acting, they are actors.

Do you mean it was a filming crew who was just filming a drama when they cross paths, they weren’t meant to be there? Like nothing to do with them. Making it a coincidence the film crew was filming.

So you think is coincidence the staff filming was in the background? That's why I hate open endings. In instagram they gave me other options hehehe and as an OE people give me different perpectives.

Interesting! I am quite new to Asian dramas; with my overwhelming busy work schedule in the legal industry, the…
There’s plenty of female leads in Asian drama that can be both, childish or childlike. Example: in the drama Love me Love my voice the female is childlike from being so sheltered but is mature for her age. The only problem I saw was she dress as a child.
I’m watching the drama Sword and Fairy 6 and the actress like always acts childish she does the baby voice that is like painful to my ears. BUT this is well love in Asia.
The girl in this drama is childlike, she seems timid but we also know that her character can be tough, up front and bad ass. So I don’t understand why she can’t be more like a healthy middle. Also the style is childish! Again no middle ground between her online persona or her real life persona. Which is annoying to ME.

With friends like Xiao Qin, who needs enemies? She was the most frustrating character out of this very frustrating…
I usually don’t comment on other people comments specially to respect their opinion but beside XQ irritating me it was the lead girl for being a door mat, people get where they do base on how far the other person lets them. Example: who fault is for a girl for getting cheated on a couple of times? Hers! She should of broken up with the guy after the first time. Get me?
The friend sells the house and of course gets payed and the female lead doesn’t get even mad for two days with her. Doesn’t even ask the friend to pay her back and that’s one of the things the friend does there’s many many more.
One thing is being good other is being stupid.

The thing I don’t understand why most Asian drama female leads have to be the childlike female leads, also the twenties something girl who dress as old woman, , the popular college girl or work office girl.
I would of loved that he would of fallen for her edgy side. I should ask why not the contrary like emo girls, dark edgy girls. I seen videos in YouTube where real guys like that too. Specially in Korea and Japan. Some what in China. We need to be represented hahaha . Like the chubby girls too.
Most dramas I seen where the girl is all emo or rockish they change later when the romance start, this one, Doctors with Park shin Hye, Love Is Panacea with Rou Nan and Leo Lou, I bet there’s more but I don’t know of them:

That’s what I mean when I prefer they don’t mix romance in genres like this. Because my focus will just go to wanting them to kiss or end up together.
I can’t give too much without being spoilers, but I don’t think his curse has to do with the no kissing.
