Again the story line sucks because it feels choppy and not complete but love how she was very open to be the first to start the physical contact and wasn’t conservative. Both good looking!

This is the problem with short dramas that if the writing is not amazing it just seems like a choppy story line.

So far there hasn’t been a real love triangle, there’s a co worker that kind of likes the FL but nothing that makes it irritating. Maybe cause he is funny. Also the leads haven’t announced they are dating so he is oblivious when he third wheels.
The girl I mentioned just came in the picture but he doesn’t even notice her like I don’t know how the director and writer will add this story line.

And I mostly wrote that because there’s a few people who comment on my previous reviews (I copy and paste my first review and just add the new episodes) that it’s a cultural thing: like the real people of China are exactly like the leads. What you two said it makes sense.

Yes usually is because the have so many episodes. So they need fill ins scenes because they have to stretch the episodes without giving too much: there’s writers who can give you a whole drama based mostly on the leads and they still good. Not a lot of fill ins but those are rare. So yes skip buttons are our best friends hahahha.

Does he have a happy ending? Or ends up loving the female lead until the very end?

I know!!! we do need more male leads like this one.

There’s nothing sexier (in my opinion) than a villain loving someone more than himself. Usually I love the ML’s like that in Love me Love my voice who are perfect gentleman and not once treat the girl wrongly or made her cry. Never rude.

But I find a villain as a male Lead who falls in love with a girl who is opposite than him, that he loves her so much he forgets everything; even over his revenge feelings because he loves her that much. Where he doesn’t know if he wants to kill her more than kissing her. That’s so sexy and exciting. Where he is Evil evil and he still evil to everyone else but wants to save her and her to be okay.

For me, I repeat, again for me ML’s like the one in my demon, park story of contract marriage, boy over flowers, playful kiss, it’s okay not to be okay like 98 perfect of the Asian male leads are meh, over used! They are exactly mixture of that villain and that’s perfect gentleman. I want all or nothing ahahaha don’t give me med!

I don’t think I have ever said this is not a nice drama! The only thing I said is that it slow in the romance. If I have said this is a bad drama correct me and send me where did I said that.

This is a type of drama where if you are into a drama for the romance you should watch after is finished/completed and skin the fill in scenes, like the other people scenes, work related stuff.
I haven’t dropped this because is hard to find dramas where I like both leads. I’m very picky and dislike most actresses and actors acting. So I stay for that reason hahaha

27 episodes are out.
1-14 no romance, she melts with him just being nice.
15 some what romance or slight romance
16-17 again with nothing happening.
18 same o Same o, him being hot and cold. Bickering and fighting again full of side stories. No romance besides her salivating with anything he does when he is not a moody ahole.
19 Finally I see some development, he still a stubborn MF but he missed her and OMG the way he would look at her when she was working on the laptop.
20 so we get somewhat of him getting excited about a confusion, because it was a scene where they are still in the party we get scenes of them together nothing romantic though but after that it was fill ins just other scenes with secondary characters.
21. We get them smiling, he was sweetly smiling at her but again confusion, misunderstandings, more scenes together than on 20 but still no confessions, no physical nothings.
22. 30 something minutes in and I wanted to throw my phone at the wall I was like a few kept saying the dating starts at 22!!!! I wanted to grab him from his tie and slap him to make him come to his senses then boom something happens I said finally and from my happy high I went to my pissed off lows! What’s wrong with this two! The secondary couples have more romance and kissing scenes than this two!!!
23. Well guys I came to spare good news The ML had his Ahole to puppy metamorphosis, nothing new here most AH ML in Asian dramas have those but yay! Also some sweet scenes, she did kind of pissed me off. But at least they are finally dating!
24. He is so adorable as a puppy! More cutesy scenes. BUTTTT no kisses yet!
25. Well gang, yes NO KISS. They would get inches away from each other face but no kisses. The plot was more based on the SA case. I get it okay like I understand no sex right away or even if she wants to wait till marriage but what I don’t understand and don’t tell me is a culture thing is why they don’t cuddle or kiss . Yes we got a back hug but why can’t they be sitting in the sofa and cuddle. Make out! When I dated I wanted to be minimal one inch away from the boyfriend! 26. No Kiss, not many scenes of the leads together as they are working in different cases and he is not in his office most time, they saw each other a bit. More focus on other things. The co worker is so clueless hahaha but I mean they haven’t announce their torete so I get the co worker oblivious attitude. A girl who is introduce Maybe trying something with the ML.
27. WE GOT A KISS YALL! I won’t whine how it was a peck kiss because at least we got one hahaha his mom is like a hurricane hahaha she has no off button. We got some cutesy scenes on this episode. Also omg The way the girl OW looked at him when he smiled at the medicine the FL hid in his work luggage. I don’t like it! I hope she just leaves and do not stir things. We are already 27 in to be adding unnecessary things.

Am I the only one that get like a feeling like they skipped the honeymoon dating fase and jump into we already in a marriage of 6 years is still cutesy but not like as existing? Maybe it’s because they live together?

If you are a viewer who is just satisfied by the lead couple looking good, this is for you. But if you look for something beyond and would be disappointed by mediocre writing and unsatisfying endings this is definitely not for you.

Gosh I dislike how fake ratings are In MDL and how it can affect from others from watching a drama, or the typical drama everyone loves *cough cough* teens The over hyped ones who is not even worth the rating.
When I read some comments, I was like not another Jdrama with cheating trope. And people are whining and pouting that this has cheating *rolling my eyes* but this has no cheating! HE IS A FREAKING ESCORT!!!!!!! That is not cheating like partner with partner, love partners. The guy gets paid to stay with her and have intercourse with her. He has side jobs which means have intercourse or accompany another woman, as they made us understand with the calls he would get.
He ends up being a sugar baby with his new gf, they didn't let us know if he stopped being an escort thought. But overall is not that bad.

No sorry I was asking if it was based on a novel, ended up with a run on question hahaha

Wow just started this just finish episode 1 and I will never get used to the older Korean ladies acting like the children, immature. Such annoying characters, also that young girl! Omg nope!
