I just needed my own research and found out that when they started dating the age of consent was 13 in SK and she was 15..which means she took the advantage of their law to date an adult. he also took an advantage of the law to date a child. understand what I’m saying…if he were to go to court the government can’t arrest him under the law they themselves set. perhaps that’s why the issue isn’t a big deal in SK atm. do you get it?. this not me defending cause clearly I’m not. there was a case of a an 18 year who got arrested for dating a 17 year old girl in Dubai (he was 4 months older). the couple were British and in the UK the age of consent is 16 meaning he wasn’t a criminal..but he got arrested in Dubai where the age of consent is 18. Now back to the topic..when they were dating the age of consent was 13 and she was 15..by their law she was old enough. By their law he didn’t do anything wrong HOWEVER..considering the maturity and how she was still a child he was wrong and should held accountable. the reason why I said she’s also at fault is because she took the advantage of the law to date an adult when she was a child…that’s my point.
