in this world anyone can get pregnant except Enigmas, and they do have a uterus biologically I believe it's just the fertility rate differs or they develop one there's even an omegaverse anatomy you can look it up, in the end it all just depends on the authors and what they decide for their story each follows its own logic.

They're not partners though that's the thing (not yet). He doesn't even know what's Gaotu's scent is he doesn't recognise it at all, as in ep 9 he did question where did this Omega scent come from he had no idea it was Gaotu's, if he ever marked an Omega there would be signs on both of them and that depends on what the author uses for it.

I think he bit his own hand, a common thing alphas do to prevent themselves from biting someone else and his hate to Omegas goes hard he won't eternally bind himself with one he doesn't even know.
