i loathe amnesia plots and try to avoid them like the pest. so i didnt watch when they did the amnesia plot i just read on forums. but when the engagement was cancelled at the end of episode 30 i started watch it again properly and been watching it live since ep 31.

Was several years since i watched this drama. Maybe i should rewatch it next week after hearing they got engaged in real life. I remember their chemistry here was off the charts...

While DD was chasing him, YG was quite hesitant. For good reasons, he's 14 years older and have 3 kids. YG returns as his 41 year old at the end of 26. at the end of 30 the engagement is cancelled because YG found out SaRa was mistreating his children.

After this FL is adamant on being with Junsu and they start dating again in secret.

Yup i agree. But im still upset that he won't let DD choose for herself with the truth. So many bad parents in this drama ^^ . I do hope for less angst and more of DD-YG aswell as Kids scene. I just love DD interaction with the kids especially Sejong

Yes, i feel no sympathy to AK. What she did was horrible and then trying to manipulate both of them. But SC is not completely innocent him either. One of the worst kdrama parents? hardly, there is so many more above that list as you said. Since i've been watching kdramas for over 10 years i've seen quite a few :D

Ofcourse she's a terrible parent. But SC is no angel him either. Excessively violent reaction to finding out the truth. The slap i could understand but what followed after wasnt needed. Since DD knows her bio mom is alive, he should tell her and let her make that decision on her own. She's not 7 but 27.

Yeah. DD deserve to make decision for herself if she want to have a relationship with AK or not, he has no right to take it away from her. Also when i google translate the clips of the episode on kbs youtube channel, most koreans seems to dislike SaRa and SC

It's not bad. Also the Taiwanese was heavier. Well, i guess im kinda resistant after after kdramas for over 12 years. The superb acting + ending makes it worth it. but i understand. Not really the scriptwriters fault in this one since they had to follow the original plot. Se Ra more or less caused the miscarriage in the tw version and the ml was far more of a jerk. It was toned down here.

you should have checked beforehand. its a remake of the taiwanese drama after all. it's not like they can change it completely...

Still one of my favorite dramas and the best daily drama. Great chemistry, Great plot . You really fall in love with the characters. The 2 main leads are great together and we cant forget the amazing bond between the Gong family. Going to rewatch this one in 1080 today. The only shortcoming this drama has in the mediocre subs. They are understandable but not that good but you will still understand them aslong as you're not speedreading them. But it's a low price to pay to watch this amazing drama.

It does. Since the king is gwanghae. He was deposed in history and prince neungyang became King Injo. Since the drama have characters loosely based on real history he could never take the throne.

No, it's based on a thai webtoon with the name "Teen Mom". But i can see why you thought it was based on that show. It's called 14-sai no haha (mother at 14) with Shida Mirai. that one is amazing and she's great in it.
