lol i remember watching this and dropping it after like 5 eps coz i didnt like the way ml treated the fl like literally was so cruel and abusive to fl, Even killed her at some point intentionally but girl could apparently revive. I refuse to believe she would fall for him. Even xiang liu wasn't as cruel as him. There is a limit to how much I can take.. didnt even realise tan jianci was in this coz he hadn't appeared yet when i dropped it

Ml is not the ex husband but he does have more screen time than the actual ml so u might misunderstand him as the ML. Its a happy ending, ml and fl get married and have twins. Story of the couple? If i were to describe it its more of a slowburn romance coz they only have short moments together. Like LLTG where the ml appears quite later. Even the ml character set up is kinda similar to the ml in LLTG. He falls for her first.
