The Oath of Love got delayed because of ml scandels and also it was a TV drama so it took time for a TV slot, South Wind Knows I don't think its a TV drama and none of the cast got into a scandel so that idk why its delayed.

Yeah thats what I thought at first but I heard even cheng xiao didnt even know she was going to join a drama group soon which i'm assuming is this. Du hua set her up big time.
Il just leave it to fate rn. I dont wanna get my hopes up to be disappointed. Ill wait until they hopefully can work together again in the future. Casting should be based on who suits the character not just based on preference or cp ships. Hopefully in the future there is a drama which suits both yang zi and tjc.

Tbh i couldnt get into the og version and dropped it but i managed to complete this and rlly liked it. Perhaps I just wasnt fond of the cast of the og one coz it defo wasnt the plot but will probably try to watch it again later coz i enjoyed this very much. I binged this whole thing and its currently 3 am at night lmaoo
