She doesnt kiss him. He kisses her but only when shes unconscious. Where he kisses her was not specified so not necessarily a lips to lips kiss.

I think she had 2 underwater kiss with 3rd ML and some other kiss when he was tryna heal/revive her but that doesnt rlly count ig coz she was unconscious but yh she had a kiss with all of them but im not sure they would include that or not. Its only been confirmed that she filmed the kiss scenes with 3rd ML and 2nd ML idk abt the 1st ML. I dont remember if it was a forced kiss though.
