Idk if yz went for the audition but the others did since they were looking for the perfect cast. Deng wei even mentioned he auditioned for the role of tu shan jing even though he was supposed to audition for the role of xiang liu which pissed yu zheng off coz he wanted deng wei to act in his drama. Even the author of the novel was there coz she wanted to choose them herself.
