On DramaWave, the title of this series is "Lying for Love, Loving the Lie." On other platforms, the title is "The Romance of Zero Chance." The alternative name has already been submitted to MyDramaList.

I think the biggest difference is that DramaWave has more content translated, so in other words, more (extensive) subtitles than the other platforms with English subtitles. I think all platforms offer the first few episodes for free, so you can check all of them and choose the one that is best for you.

The total number of episodes is unknown. MyDramaList (MDL) relies only on verified information, and the first official release schedule shows only five episodes. The number of episodes cannot be updated on MDL until a new release schedule is published with more episodes or until the total number of episodes is announced.

I would say it is a bromance at most. I have seen bromances from Mainland China that are much closer to BL than this one is.
