shorter version is more focused on the main couple. by the way they are actually a canon couple in the nvl. tbh first 3 episodes arw kind of confusing. it gets lot better after few episodes when you understand the story. if you watcj shorter version it will be hard to understand the story. if you like bromance try under the skin its a cdrama you can find on youtube.
