Yeah that was cool. I always had a feeling that each time they showed the beach scene, there was much more to what the outcome would be. I guess that's why I always thought there would be a happy ending, even though the writer led us to believe otherwise.

Episode 1 with the dream sequence, and episode 4 were probably my favorites. And, of course the last episode for obvious reasons.

30 eps would've been epic. Seems they would've had more time to show the supporting characters later in the show, and what their lives were like, instead of just an appearance every few episodes. Also, we maybe could've seen more of what GC and JH lives were like after their final reunion in episode 21.

I agree. I hated the crown prince at first, but he really changed for the better as time went by. I don't want to spoil how it turns out.

Gil Chae becomes likeable as the story goes because she grows as a person throughout the story. It's part of why the ML becomes so attracted to her. It's an epic journey, so I think you should stay with it. I've already watched it twice.

Eun Jin is awesome. You're right -- it should win a bunch of awards. Definitely a top 5 historical drama for me.

You know I'm happy after my prediction of a happy ending came true. It was so good! I was worried there for a bit lol, but I had a feeling the beach scenes only told half the truth.

Loved it. I said from the beginning I thought it would be a happy ending. So satisfied and ngl, I cried buckets of happy tears.

She did great in the Forbidden Marriage. Very talented.

I kind of see what you're saying, and I agree on some of your points. IMO if they'd made this 24 or 32 eps, they could've had more time to tell the story and it not feel as rushed or things left out. A story this epic deserves more than 21 eps, IMO.

Yeah I kind of thought that as I was watching it. The amnesia thing thankfully didn't last too long lol. I was thinking GC should just double slap him and bring him out of it lol. I think they spent too much time focusing on the king in eps 19. Just my opinion. I wanted to see more of the support characters that we saw early on, but I know other's might disagree, which is fine.

Loved her in Moonshine and Hotel Del Luna. Hopefully she gets some main roles in the future.

The scene where the woman had to bury her child hit me like a ton of bricks. The king is fkn pissing me off. I'm still holding out for a satisfying ending, since I've been saying it from the beginning. Hard to believe there's only 2 more eps left. If this was a 50 episode drama, I'd need a damn psychiatrist lol.
