Actually Paeng & Arthit fought for their love in their own way. I mean had they went against his mom, then it would have actually ruined Paeng's image in her eyes even more. But when they both obeyed her & when she saw her son in pain. She actually realized her mistake & brought Paeng back into his life. The thing I dreaded about the finale was everything would look rushed & forced but luckily it didn't. Every actions were justified.
And Paeng's conversation with Anaconda, just for this powerful message I think Anaconda arc wasn't after all unnecessary.
And the wedding - I HAVE NO WORDS, IT LOOKED TOO REALISTIC <3 THEIR CHEMISTRY WAS SO ON POINT <3 I COULD ACTUALLY FEEL THEIR HAPPINESS AND LOVE JUST WITH THE WAY THEY LOOKED AT EACH OTHER <3
I was actually prepared for the worst in finale but I'm more than satisfied now <3
Despite the flaws, it has to be one of the most beautifully wholesome ending <3 I mean throughout the episode I was hit with a truck loads of nostalgia of how their journey started & how far they've come <3 Everything just beautifully fell into the place <3 and I can say Sonix didn't disappoint me there <3
Honestly, I had issue with Kao's emotional acting in previous episodes but today she actually nailed it <3 so I think the writers have always had planned to keep her feelings ambiguous to let it reveal in the finale.
I remember commenting here after ep. 5 (Post leap starting) that Paeng must've been loving Arthit deep down (coz she looked at the sun & drew a sad face emoji). So, after today's episode, I'm clear that Paeng always had that love for him (But tried harder to conceal it).
This lakorn is definitely unique & charming in its own way. And I'm super glad to be able to watch it while it was ongoing <3
